The original conservatory was no longer working as a comfortable, usable part of the home. Its redesign created a contemporary sunroom with improved finishes, plenty of natural light and a much stronger connection to the surrounding garden.
The existing ceramic tiles formed the starting point for the flooring work.
Preparing the Existing Ceramic Floor
Good preparation is essential for a long-lasting luxury vinyl tile installation. The existing ceramic floor was assessed and covered with smoothing compound to create an even, stable surface for the new parquet flooring.
